Concrete Leveling Technician
Job Summary
A Concrete Leveling Technician is responsible for repairing and restoring uneven or sunken concrete surfaces using polyurethane foam injection. This role involves operating equipment, preparing job sites, and ensuring high-quality workmanship while maintaining safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Inspect and assess uneven or sunken concrete surfaces such as driveways, sidewalks, patios, garage floors, and slabs
• Drill access holes in concrete to prepare for leveling process
• Operate equipment to inject polyurethane foam beneath concrete slabs
• Monitor slab movement during lifting to ensure proper leveling
• Fill drilled holes and clean up job sites after completion
• Communicate with customers about the repair process and expected results
• Maintain and operate tools, equipment, and work vehicles safely
• Follow all company safety procedures and job site protocols
• Load and unload materials and equipment as needed
• Assist crew members and support team operations on job sites
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Construction, concrete repair, or foundation repair experience is a plus
• Ability to operate hand tools, concrete saws and drills
• Valid NY State driver’s license
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work outdoors
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly
• Frequent bending, kneeling, and standing
• Ability to work on construction sites and uneven surfaces
• Ability to operate power tools and machinery safely
Work Environment
• Outdoor construction environments
• Travel to residential and commercial job sites
• Early mornings and occasional overtime depending on project schedules
Preferred Skills
• Experience with concrete, masonry or polyurethane foam injection
• Basic mechanical or equipment maintenance skills
• Customer service skills for interacting with homeowners or property managers
Pay ranges from $25-$25/hour based on experience & qualifications.
